Tracy
Tracy’s passion for pet care started at a young age, grooming her own dogs and exploring the best ways to nurture their well-being. After stepping away from grooming for over 20 years, she returned with a renewed focus on compassionate, connection-based care. Now a certified Reiki Master and Canine Massage Therapist, Tracy brings a gentle, holistic touch to every appointment, ensuring pets feel safe, loved, and relaxed throughout their spa experience. A lifelong animal advocate, she finds joy in watching the Turquoise Pooch community grow and thrive.
Makayla
Makayla has been working in the grooming industry for almost two years and has always known she wanted to work with animals. Her calm, compassionate approach makes her a favorite among anxious and reactive pets. She’s specially trained in hand stripping and hand scissoring techniques, ensuring every groom is tailored and gentle. Outside of work, Makayla loves spending time with her four pet pigs—yes, four!—who bring endless joy and laughs to her days.
Ashli
Ashli has been part of the pet care and grooming industry for about 20 years. Her lifelong love for animals began as soon as she knew what they were, and she’s always known her heart belonged to working with them. Ashli has developed her own unique grooming style over the years, inspired by the incredible groomers she’s worked alongside. She especially enjoys transforming dirty farm dogs into sparkling, clean pups and seeing the joy on their owners’ faces. At Turquoise Pooch Paw Spa, Ashli treasures the one-on-one time she spends with each dog and the strong connections she’s built with her clients. Outside of grooming, Ashli’s passion takes her to the arena—she’s an avid barrel racer who loves a good adrenaline rush.
Jasmyn
Jasmyn joined the pet care world after seeing how one great grooming experience changed her own dog’s outlook. That moment inspired her to help other pets feel that same comfort and trust. Certified in bathing, she focuses on emotional support and encouragement with every pup she meets. Her favorite part of working at Turquoise Pooch Paw Spa is being that calm, positive change in a dog’s day. Known for her bright energy, Jasmyn always finds a way to bring joy wherever she goes — and yes, she really will pull over to help any animal she sees.
Kyla
Meet Kyla! She has been in the industry for three years and has a gift for working with dogs that just need patience and understanding. She is known for her gentle approach and her knack for giving pups a fresh, polished look, especially when shaping those fluffy booties. Along with grooming, Kyla also trains dogs which helps her connect with anxious pets and earn their trust. She loves that Turquoise Pooch Paw Spa puts compassion first, giving every dog the time and care they deserve. Big, furry dogs have a special place in her heart and that love shows in every groom.

Emilee has spent more than three years making dogs look and feel their best. We’re not your typical salon. The Turquoise Pooch offers a cage-free, muzzle-free, and restraint-free spa experience where your pet’s emotional comfort is just as important as their fresh look. Each session is one-on-one and personalized, with soft music, calming staff, and top-tier products. This is grooming reimagined — with care at the center.
Do you only groom dogs?
Nope! While many of our clients are dogs, we also provide grooming for other small pets depending on their needs and temperament. If you're unsure whether your pet qualifies, just reach out — we’re happy to talk through options.

At Turquoise Pooch Paw Spa, we use professional-grade grooming products from Melanie Newman and SoPosh, trusted for their quality and safety. These formulas are:

Is mobile grooming a good option for my pet?
Absolutely — especially for pets who are anxious, elderly, or sensitive to overstimulation. Our mobile spa brings the same calm, professional setup to familiar local spots or your driveway, offering a seamless and stress-free alternative to in-salon appointments.
Can I stay with my pet during the appointment?
Most pets do best in a relaxed, low-distraction environment. That’s why we generally encourage pet parents to give their companion space to settle in with our team. However, we’re always open to customizing your experience if your pet requires extra support — just let us know.
How do I book a session?
Easy — text or call us directly. We currently operate by appointment only, and spots fill quickly.
What areas do you serve?
We have spa locations in Harrison and Berryville, Arkansas, and our mobile grooming unit serves: Jasper, Marble, Eureka Springs, and surrounding areas
What’s your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may result in a $25 fee, as we reserve each appointment with care and intention.
