Services

We provide pet grooming and related spa services by appointment at our salon locations and on our mobile Paw Spa. Service details, availability, and quotes are confirmed when you book with us.

Appointments and cancellation

Appointments are booked by text, phone, or email and managed in MoeGo, our current scheduling and client management platform.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel. Late cancellations or no shows may result in a fee.

Please share accurate information about your pet’s health, temperament, and grooming needs so we can provide safe, appropriate care.

Pet health and safety

Pets should be current on required vaccinations as applicable under Arkansas law and our salon policies. If a pet appears ill, overly stressed, or unsafe to groom, we may pause, modify, or stop a session in the interest of the animal’s wellbeing.

Grooming involves handling and equipment. While we use gentle, comfort focused methods, pets can still experience normal grooming related risks. You agree to discuss concerns with our team before or during the appointment.

Quotes and payment

Quotes depend on your pet’s size, coat condition, styling needs, and, for mobile visits, any applicable travel fee. Final pricing is confirmed before or at the time of service. Payment is due as directed at booking or checkout.

Photos and testimonials

With your permission, we may photograph pets for portfolio, social media, or website gallery use. If you prefer that we do not share your pet’s image, tell us when booking or at drop off.

Website use

Website content is for general information about our business and services. We may update pages, hours, routes, or offerings without notice. Do not misuse the site or attempt to disrupt its operation.

Coming soon: online forms and portal

When online forms and the client or staff portal become available, these Terms will be updated to include account responsibilities, acceptable use, booking rules for digital submissions, and any additional policies tied to those tools. While MoeGo remains part of our scheduling workflow, portal features may complement or sync with MoeGo rather than replace it immediately.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from website use. For grooming services, our responsibility is limited as permitted under applicable Arkansas law and the circumstances of the appointment.
